Founder & CEO of EPICC Technologies
Kamilah Mantle, M.S., CCC SLP, CDP, is a nationally recognized Speech-Language Pathologist, neuro rehabilitation specialist, and health technology founder with over a decade of experience in stroke, aphasia, and brain injury rehabilitation. She earned her master’s degree from Howard University with a clinical concentration in medical and geriatric speech pathology. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC SLP) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA), earned after completing her clinical fellowship, and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
Kamilah is the founder and CEO of EPICC Technologies and creator of the EPICC® speech and cognitive rehabilitation platform, an innovative digital health solution designed to enhance communication and cognitive rehabilitation access for older adults and individuals living with neurological conditions. Through EPICC® (Everyday Practical Interventions for Cognitive & Communication), she has worked to help bridge gaps in post discharge care, caregiver support, and accessible rehabilitation services.
Kamilah is a 2026 graduate of the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association’s (ASHA) highly selective Leadership Development Program and a 2026 honoree of Maryland’s Top 100 Women. In 2025, she was appointed to serve a three year term as a Commissioner on the Montgomery County Commission on Aging, where she contributes to initiatives focused on aging, accessibility, and community support for older adults.

As leading experts in speech pathology, our dedicated team set out to improve the lives of individuals suffering or recovering from neurological disorders as well as those providing care for those individuals. Through the EPICC App, we infuse state-of-the-art design, cutting-edge technology, and evidence-based research to help users maintain and improve their cognitive and communication abilities.
Our Mission
Our education and years of experience in the field of speech language pathology led us to a sad discovery: SLPs, clinicians, caregivers, and even the individuals themselves didn’t have access to the tools and resources necessary to reach their goals. So, we set out to right this wrong... And so EPICC was born. Filled with 80+ modules of stimulating material, the EPICC app leverages real-life scenarios and activities to help users improve their practical and functional cognitive abilities.
The EPICC mission is to give every speech pathologist, every researcher, every caregiver, and every user access to an all-inclusive program designed to improve the language, communication, and cognition of individuals struggling with neurological disorders.
