Founder & CEO of EPICC Technologies
Kamilah Mantle, a New York City native, is a highly accomplished Speech-Language Pathologist with over a decade of expertise in stroke and neuro-rehabilitation. She holds a master’s degree from Howard University with a clinical focus on medical and geriatric care, and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), the national professional organization for speech, language, and hearing professionals. She also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence, demonstrating her commitment to the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Kamilah has worked with diverse adult neurogenic populations in various medical settings servicing individuals with stroke, aphasia, and dementia in New York City and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas.
She is the founder of EPICC Technologies and creator of the EPICC speech therapy app, a digital platform advancing care for aging adults through innovation.
In 2025, she was selected for ASHA’s Leadership Development Program and appointed to serve a three-year term as a Commissioner on the Montgomery County Commission on Aging.

Through the EPICC App, we infuse state-of-the-art design, cutting-edge technology, and evidence-based research to help users maintain and improve their cognitive and communication abilities.
Our Mission
Our education and years of experience in the field of speech language pathology led us to a sad discovery: SLPs, clinicians, caregivers, and even the individuals themselves didn’t have access to the tools and resources necessary to reach their goals. So, we set out to right this wrong... And so EPICC was born. Filled with 80+ modules of stimulating material, the EPICC app leverages real-life scenarios and activities to help users improve their practical and functional cognitive abilities.
The EPICC mission is to give every speech pathologist, every researcher, every caregiver, and every user access to an all-inclusive program designed to improve the language, communication, and cognition of individuals struggling with neurological disorders.
